poultry projects

If you are taking a poultry project (chickens, turkeys, eggs, ducks, etc.) Gary & I would like to talk to you about your books and what you are taking. We need all taking one of these projects to have the "Scratching the Surface" poultry book, plus a record book, but the record book will depend on how many birds you will be raising. If you could let us know we would appreciate it. We are also working on an ethics workshop for poultry too. We will keep you posted on that.
