At last night's work meeting, there were some decisions made. First demonstration/work schedule for the Mall day

5-6 Emily - last year's bee keeping
6-7 Sam - woodworking
7:30-9 club demonstration - square dancing
If you have a demo and are not on this list please get in touch with Nancy and we will find a place for you. The 4-5 shift is still open!!!
For the display we are going to try to set it up at our meeting on March 17. Please bring your demo materials, and anything that you signed up for. Emily is making the lettering. We are using the red backboards and trying to cover them in white. We will have blue table clothes w/ white clouds. Angels with each person's picture needs to be made. The outline of the club logo needs to be made.
Please be prepared to read part of the square dancing script and to dance at least 2 dances.
