Below is the link for the "Ladders of Leadership Awards Forms." These need to be filled in and returned to the extension office by September 14th. This is the form that you can fill in to possibly receive scholarships for 4-H Events so this is important for you to fill out.

There is a guideline page at the top that you can read through and refresh what these ladders are all about and to what level you might be able to print and complete. Each 4-H'er should complete the form of the highest level that they can complete, but please watch there are age limits!
