Entries of General Projects is Saturday from 12-3 or Sunday from 12-5. Please go to the Fair Office to pick up your entry tags and then bring your items, project books and tags to Foster Bullock Building - (Large building at top of the hill)! 4-H entries will use the side door of the building on the right hand side of the building.
Livestock Members - you may bring your animals to the fair Saturday from 8-3 or Sunday from 8-5- Please use the back gate (Sanford Road off of Route 62). Have your health papers with the vehicle hauling your animal!!!! If you received the email about the fair please print off the Market Animal 4-H Animal Care and Management Disclosure Statement. Otherwise I will have some available at the fair and we will get it filled in! We have a Livestock exhibitors meeting at 5:30 Sunday in Philllips Arena- all are required to be there. Weigh-ins will begin at 6pm. Please remember your project books- you can't weigh-in without them.
Friday afternoon the club will be helping with the Kiddie Pedal Tractor Pull event in Phillips Arena, please wear your 4-H shirt.
Saturday (Aug. 12) at 3pm is the Awards Ceremony- please try to attend!
