4-H in the Mall

4-H in the Mall is November 11 with the theme "Pathway to the Future", please continue to think about ideas for this theme. Also there will be a poster contest and a photo contest for interested
members.

Poster Contest Rules:
The artists must be 4-H members. All 4-H members may submit entries.

Contest Organization and Content:

1. Posters may portray any theme, but must promote 4-H.

2. Entries must be 22" x 14".

3 Do not submit a poster containing copyrighted material, and do not trace existing artwork.

4. No three dimensional posters. Do not submit entries with seashells, seeds, beads, etc.

5. The exhibitor’s name, age, county, and address and a short identifying caption must be printed legibly on the back of each entry.

Photo Contest Rules:
Each 4-H’er is limited to one entry. An entry is defined as: 1 (one) photograph or a picture story. A picture story is defined as a series of photographs (less than 10) about a related topic (photo essay).

Contest Organization and Content:

1. Photos may portray any theme, in a single photo or a series of photos - a picture story - showing "before" and "after" scenes or in a "how-to-do-it" sequence.

2. Entries may be black and white or color digital photos or photos from negatives or slides.

3. Do not submit copyrighted entries (do not take pictures of pictures or art).

4. Submitted prints must not exceed 8" x 12".

5. The exhibitor’s name, age, county, address and a short identifying caption must be attached with the photo entry.
