July 28th- volunteer opportunity to help build bleachers for the fairgrounds near the track 8am start
August 1 6:30 pm The club is helping to decorate Bullock Foster hall in the open section. FAIR WEEK
General Projects and bunnies and poultry can be entered at the fair on Saturday, August 4 from noon -3 or Sunday August 5, from noon -5pm. Everything needs to be in by 5!
Livestock animals - Animals can be entered from 8-3 on Saturday August 4 or from 8-5 on Sunday August 5. Please have your health papers (CVI) with you when you pull in.
Sunday August 5th 5:30 - ALL LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS need to be in Phillips Arena for the exhibitors meeting followed by weigh-ins. You need to have your project books and the drug disclosure that was handed out last night with you for weigh-ins.
Gameland- you need to check in and try to work a 2 hour shift in order to qualify for scholarships
Friday August 10 at 2:30- The club will be helping with the Pedal Tractor Pull in Phillips Arena- please wear your club shirt
Saturday August 11 3pm- Awards ceremony- Phillips Arena
